Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These Terms of Service describe the terms that apply to use of this website and participation in the associated campaign and gaming services.

1. About the service

Cyberpunk2020 RPG provides information about an online Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop role-playing campaign, player onboarding, campaign communications, and access to associated online gaming services.

2. Participation

Players are responsible for providing accurate information when registering or communicating with the game host and for maintaining access to the accounts and devices they use to participate.

Participation in the campaign is subject to reasonable rules of conduct, respect for other players, and the requirements communicated before or during play.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Campaign participation may be offered through a recurring subscription. New players may receive a first month free offer when that offer is advertised on the site or booking page.

After any applicable introductory period, recurring charges are handled through the payment provider presented during checkout. Subscription terms, prices, renewal details, and cancellation options shown during checkout are part of the applicable purchase terms.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's own terms and policies may also apply to payment transactions.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation and renewal terms are those presented during the applicable checkout or subscription process. Additional cancellation procedures may be communicated by the game host.

5. Third-party services

The campaign may use third-party services including Discord, Roll20, YouTube, and Stripe. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms of service, privacy policies, account requirements, and technical limitations.

6. Content and intellectual property

Site text, original campaign material, artwork, graphics, and other original materials presented on this website belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially reused without permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

7. Player conduct

Players are expected to participate respectfully and to follow reasonable instructions relating to online sessions, safety, scheduling, and community conduct.

The game may include mature themes. Information about potentially sensitive subjects is provided during onboarding, session zero, and/or event descriptions to the extent reasonably possible.

8. Availability

Online services depend on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, hardware, software, and scheduling. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms or the campaign may be raised through the campaign's Discord community or other contact method provided by the game host.
